6D planar magnetic levitation technology is based on the principle of magnetic levitation: a mover tray with integrated permanent magnets is suspended on the surface of the electromagnetic motor stator module. The modular motor stator module can be freely arranged in any shape. Compared to traditional conveyor belts, production is more flexible, more efficient, and allows the assembly process to be digitized. The IGU planar servo driver can drive up to 8 stator coils, allowing the mover to move freely in two-dimensional space, rotate and tilt along three axes, and achieve precise control of the suspension height.
